Retail Esports Marketing Manager

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading business in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a Retail & Esports Marketing Manager who can develop and implement marketing strategies for our retail channels and esports events, as well as drive customer engagement through creative campaigns, in order to grow and extend their e-sports business.

- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase sales in our retail channels, including brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms

- Create and carry out marketing strategies to boost sales in our retail channels, including physical stores and online shopping websites.

- Take control of the business social media platforms to interact with customers and promote brand recognition.

- Plan and carry out promotions and activities to draw more customers into the companysretail establishments.

- Work together with the sales team to develop persuasive in-store promotions and displays that boost sales and highlight our products.

- Establish and maintain connections with major bloggers, media outlets, and industry influencers to broaden brand awareness.

- Organise and carry out esports competitions and events, including sponsorships and alliances with groups and leagues.

- Examine and report on the success of marketing initiatives, and, as necessary, modify plans to meet organizational objectives.

- Manage the marketing budget and make sure that every campaign is economical and produces a profit.

Requirements

- 5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in the game business, in retail and/or esports

- A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar profession.

- A solid grasp of how to use social media channels to increase client interaction.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to forge close bonds with clients, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.

- A track record of successfully planning and implementing marketing programmes.

A love of video games.

- The ability to manage several tasks at once in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

- Awareness of current trends and advancements in the retail and esports industries.

- Preferable bilingualism.
