Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily business operations across departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimise business processes
- Coordinate resources and workflows to maintain smooth operations
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Lead motivate and support team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agricultural commodity trading the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and a track record of keeping operations running efficiently and cost-effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
