- Providing day-to-day IT support to employees across different departments
- Installing configuring and maintaining computers laptops printers and other office equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues in a timely manner
- Setting up new workstations and ensuring all systems are functioning properly
- Managing internet connectivity email accounts and user access permissions
- Performing software updates system maintenance and data backups
- Monitoring IT systems and implementing basic security measures to protect company data
- Keeping records of IT equipment and assisting with technology upgrades when needed
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for repairs and technical requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience in an IT support or technical support role is preferred
- Good understanding of computer hardware software installation networking and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
