ملخص الوظيفة
- Installing inspecting and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshooting electrical faults and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining lighting systems switches sockets circuit breakers and distribution panels
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns when required
- Ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards and UAE regulations
- Working closely with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth building operations
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience as an Electrician
Hands-on experience in building maintenance property management or facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical systems troubleshooting and repair procedures
The ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude reliability and a commitment to quality workmanship
Current availability in the UAE as only candidates already in the country will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in residential towers commercial buildings or real estate maintenance projects will be an advantage.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
