Key Skills: Financial planning budgeting reporting and strategic analysis.
- Develop and manage annual budgets in alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast financial needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial standards tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to financial processes.
Requirements
Experience: 57 years of dedicated UAE experience is required.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis forecasting and strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws regulatory frameworks and local financial practices.
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
