Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review engineering drawings plans and technical documents
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and monitor construction progress
- Coordinate with consultants contractors suppliers and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed according to specifications quality standards and timelines
- Prepare project reports material estimates and progress updates
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution
- Maintain compliance with health safety and environmental requirements
- Support project planning execution and successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be an ADM Registered Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in civil engineering and construction projects
- Indian nationality preferred
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and other engineering software
- Excellent understanding of UAE construction standards regulations and project procedures
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a project team
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
