What this job is about
As a Product Designer at Seez you will be at the heart of creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams conduct user research and design solutions that align with business objectives while enhancing customer satisfaction. Your work will influence the entire product lifecycle from concept to ensuring consistency usability and innovation across our digital platforms.
Job Key Responsibilities
- Set Design Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams and conduct user research to establish clear design requirements that align with business goals.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Continuously analyze products and processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze how new products meet market needs and align with consumer preferences staying informed on industry trends and market conditions.
- Design Consistency: Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistency in design language and communication across all products.
- Iterative Design: Modify and revise existing designs based on customer feedback and evolving preferences ensuring our products remain competitive and userfriendly.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product engineers and crossfunctional teams to suggest and implement product and process improvements.
- Present Design Concepts: Effectively communicate and present product design ideas to crossfunctional teams and senior leadership articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- User Research & Testing: Engage in all phases of the design process including user research copywriting wireframing prototyping visual design interaction design and usability testing.
- Prototype Development: Transform concepts into prototypes iterating based on feedback and testing results to refine ideas.
- Feedback Interpretation: Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions and ensure they meet user needs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest design tools trends and techniques recommending new technologies that could enhance our product offerings.
What youll bring to the party (Must haves)
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research wireframing prototyping visual design interaction design and usability testing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process problemsolving skills and ability to meet client objectives.
- An intuitive eye for customer needs and a passion for creating products that exceed user expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality designs.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to collect interpret and apply both qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills particularly around presenting and defending design concepts.
- A dynamic creative personality that thrives in a fastpaced innovative environment.
Youll thrive in this role if youre someone (Great to have)
- Familiarity with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a startup or agile environment.

Were a tech automotive ecommerce and SaaS startup and have been developing innovative automotive retail solutions using AI and data since 2016. Our scalable datadriven technology makes it possible for customers to buy and sell cars online from wherever they are.
In March 2022 we became the first in Scandinavia to introduce an online auto marketplace for car buyers. Seez Marketplaces smart search engine allows people to find new and used cars for sale or lease in Denmark along with tools and services for an enjoyable online buying experience; from browsing car selections to financing insurance and car delivery.
