Relationship Specialist
Job Description :
1. Handling Key Enterprise Accounts and Marketing our Dr. Jobs.
2. Selling and Consulting for Complete Programs for the Corporate employees for top Companies.
3. Maintaining good relationship with top Corporate HR fraternity-HR Heads, Director HR and CXOs.
4. Scanning and Mapping the accounts and targeting companies according to the potential
5. Handling the channel partners and broker network and getting business from them
6. Plan, approach, convince and execute camps at various Corporates.
7. Understanding and designing performance enhancement interventions based on the best practices of industry.
8. Providing an end-to-end sales, which involves functions such as identification & market research of target companies, pre-sales, RFP/RFQ, negotiations and closure of sales.
9. Providing end-to-end performance enhancement solutions to Key Accounts and be a single point of contact for the client.
QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION
1. HR experience or similar experiences
2. Must be agile and can work under pressure
3. Proven ability work efficiently.
4. Excellent team management
5. Excellent listening skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Must be Degree Holder.
8. Must be experienced in Telesales.
9. Fluent Arabic and English language.
10. Supporting good practice in managing employment relations.
11. HR experience will be more appreciated.
