Receptionist

We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to join a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a medical clinic aesthetic clinic dermatology centre plastic surgery clinic wellness centre or similar healthcare role requires someone who is confident in managing patients and visitors handling appointments coordinating with doctors and clinical teams and providing a high standard of front-desk service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinics reception and front-desk operations.
• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and warm manner.
• Handle incoming calls WhatsApp enquiries emails and patient requests.
• Schedule confirm reschedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Coordinate closely with doctors nurses therapists and clinic management.
• Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
• Explain basic clinic procedures services and appointment information to patients.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth movement between reception and treatment areas.
• Handle payments invoices and basic billing-related coordination where required.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and consultations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and UAE healthcare standards.
• Support the clinic team with general administrative and front-office responsibilities.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Patient Coordinator within a medical or aesthetic environment.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic dermatology clinic plastic surgery clinic medical centre wellness clinic or hospital is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with clinic management appointment booking CRM or EMR systems is preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with strong attention to detail.
• UAE experience is preferred.
