Real Estate Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the companys property portfolio. This includes property management facilities management legal coordination financial oversight tenant relations and strategic planning to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Task:

ü Develop and implement leasing and property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

ü Identify evaluate and negotiate property acquisitions leases renewals and disposals.

ü Manage the companys real estate portfolio including commercial residential or industrial properties.

ü Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities.

ü Negotiate lease agreements purchase contracts and other real estate transactions.

ü Coordinate with legal advisors consultants brokers landlords tenants and government authorities.

ü Ensure compliance with local laws regulations zoning requirements and company policies.

ü Monitor property performance occupancy rates and maintenance activities.

ü Prepare budgets financial forecasts and cost analyses for real estate projects.

ü Oversee property maintenance renovations and capital improvement projects.

ü Review and approve rental agreements service contracts and vendor invoices.

ü Manage relationships with tenants and resolve property-related issues.

ü Prepare reports on property performance investments and market trends for senior management.

ü Lead and supervise the real estate team and external service providers.

ü Identify opportunities to maximize property value and optimize returns on investment

Required Skills Experience and Education

Skills:

ü Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market.

ü Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.

ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Experience:

ü Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or property management preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE.

Education:

ü Bachelors degree in Real Estate Civil Engineering or related field..

ü Engineering background is an advantage.
