Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in navigating residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Offer tailored advice and market insights to clients to align with their investment goals.
• Conduct property viewings and skillfully negotiate terms to close deals beneficial to all parties.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client and developer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate landscape in Abu Dhabi.
• Meet and exceed sales and leasing targets while upholding impeccable customer service standards.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to the legal frameworks and regulations governing real estate practices in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector, with a focus on sales, purchasing, and leasing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Capability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments amidst high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Preferably possess a valid UAE driving license to facilitate property viewings.
• Hold an Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker License, a significant asset.
