We are looking for an ambitious motivated and customer-focused Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate strong sales skills and the drive to help clients invest in Dubais most exciting property developments wed love to hear from you.
As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for generating leads building lasting client relationships and guiding buyers through the off-plan property purchasing process while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through networking referrals social media and company-provided channels.
Understand clients investment goals and recommend suitable property options.
Conduct property presentations consultations and developer meetings.
Stay up to date with Dubais real estate market trends project launches and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions inquiries and sales activities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales; experience in Dubais off-plan market is preferred.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Dubais real estate regulations and market trends is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
