Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate, strong sales skills, and the drive to help clients invest in Dubai's most exciting property developments, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and guiding buyers through the off-plan property purchasing process while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and company-provided channels.
• Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and developer meetings.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales; experience in Dubai's off-plan market is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations and market trends is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not mandatory
