Quality Manager PMCM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will oversee quality assurance and quality control functions for a mixed-use development project within our Project/Program/Construction Management (PMCM) division. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet established quality standards regulatory requirements and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections audits and testing of construction materials workmanship and installations across all project phases
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes regulations and international quality standards (ISO 9001 ISO 45001)
• Identify quality deviations and non-conformances documenting findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with project teams contractors and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project timelines
• Prepare detailed quality reports metrics and documentation for project stakeholders and management review
• Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance to project personnel on quality requirements and best practices
• Manage quality-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent defects and rework
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants to clarify specifications and resolve technical quality concerns
• Maintain organized quality records certificates of compliance and test reports for project documentation

Qualifications :

• Minimum 15  years of quality management experience in construction or mixed-use development projects
• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control methodologies and processes
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and relevant construction quality standards
• Familiarity with UAE building codes regulations and local construction practices
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation software
• Demonstrated ability to conduct inspections audits and testing protocols
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and documentation management capabilities
• Proficiency in PMCM software platforms and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to make decisive quality decisions and implement corrective actions
• Professional certifications in quality management (CQM ASQ or equivalent) preferred
• Experience managing quality on large-scale or complex construction projects preferred
