Promoter

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic presentable and confident Promoters to represent the company at malls exhibitions events and other promotional locations. The role involves engaging potential customers generating leads and promoting our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage potential customers professionally.
• Promote the companys properties projects and offers.
• Explain basic project information and identify customer interest.
• Generate and collect qualified leads for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer contact details and lead records.
• Represent the company professionally at malls exhibitions launches and promotional events.
• Support promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for lead follow-up.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart confident energetic and well-presented.
• Customer-focused with the ability to approach and engage people.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in promotions sales customer service hospitality or real estate is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Flexible to work at different locations events and shifts as required.
