- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience within the construction engineering or infrastructure sectors (Middle East exposure preferred).
- Valid professional certification (e.g. PMP) is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of international project lifecycles contract administration and compliance checks.
- Valid passport eligibility for UAE work residency visa and willingness to complete required educational certificate attestations.
