Black & Grey HR is partnering with a supplier of jewelry manufacturing machinery and technology solutions to hire an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning executing monitoring and successfully delivering projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and budgets. The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams driving Agile project execution managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects through effective planning collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan execute monitor and successfully deliver projects within the defined scope timeline and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans schedules resource allocation plans and track project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress resolve roadblocks and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
Team Leadership & Agile Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Agile methodologies and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Track project performance using Agile metrics and promote continuous process improvement.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements define project objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Provide regular project status updates manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and project schedules.
Risk Management & Governance
- Identify project risks issues and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Manage project changes by evaluating their impact on scope timelines resources and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards Agile best practices and organisational processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience
- 34 years of proven experience in Project Management.
- Hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum framework and project management best practices.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical organizational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience preparing project documentation schedules reports and project plans.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- PMP Certification or completion of PMP Certification Training/Course is mandatory.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
