Project Engineering Manager

Prepare and issue Engineering Management plan / Execution plan for the project.

.

Plan the Engineering Deliverables as needed for the project and ensure the availability of drawings, Material Requisitions, Calculations, TBE’s on time.

.

Lead the team of designers, Engineers, Draftsmen and Doc controllers to deliver the output ensuring quality and efficiency and due regard for HSE compliance.

.

Control the Manning levels to have optimum staffing and man-hours and software expended within the budget.

.

Support the Project Management team in all technical matters liaising with the Client, Vendors, Consultants and other Third Parties.

.

Issue the Engineering Progress reports regularly, to keep the management informed about the status of the project, issues and concerns.

.

Attend all project meetings with Client, internal customers, Vendors and Class.

.

Support the Contracts department in Change Management.

.

Ensure adherence to Engineering Procedures.

.

Ensure Achievement of KPI’s and report as planned.

.

Ensure compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable.

.

Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.
