Project Engineer Architectural

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world) Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice Dubais new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at Dubai.

As a Project Engineer-Architectural you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural works to ensure they are executed in accordance with approved drawings project specifications quality standards and applicable safety requirements. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a Consultant/Supervision firm and possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction standards architectural finishing works quality assurance procedures and local authority regulations. The role requires close coordination with project stakeholders to monitor construction progress maintain quality compliance and ensure timely delivery of architectural works.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections for all architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications method statements and applicable codes.
• Monitor architectural construction and finishing activities including blockwork plastering screeding waterproofing ceilings flooring tiling painting cladding joinery glazing and façade works.
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality workmanship dimensional accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Review contractor Inspection Requests (IRs) and approve or provide comments in accordance with project quality requirements.
• Identify non-conforming works (NCRs) monitor corrective actions and verify successful close-out.
• Verify that approved materials are used and installed in accordance with project specifications and approved material submittals.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers Civil and MEP Inspectors Architects Contractors and Subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain construction quality.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations local authority requirements and relevant international standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports snag lists site records and quality documentation.
• Monitor health and safety compliance during architectural construction and finishing activities.
• Report quality concerns and recommend corrective measures to maintain project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise tower construction projects in Dubai.
• Previous experience working with a Consultant/Supervision firm is essential.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishing works quality control procedures and UAE construction practices.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations local authority requirements and international construction standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings specifications shop drawings and material submittals.
