ملخص الوظيفة

The primary objective of this position is to direct the end-to-end lifecycle of the global project portfolio. This role assumes ultimate accountability for macro-level delivery performance transforming awarded contracts into executable high-yield operational blueprints. The incumbent will safeguard baseline margins enforce Target Operating Model (TOM) compliance and ensure uncompromising quality and schedule adherence thereby converting commercial awards into predictable profitable and reliable assets for the enterprise and its client base.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Direct the full-lifecycle value stream architecture assuming total P&L accountability from the initial bid margin baseline through to final cost realization.
  • Transmute complex contractual parameters into resource-loaded executable delivery schematics across the international portfolio.
  • Establish universal baseline scheduling protocols and strict delivery cadences standardizing planning methodologies to enable accurate cross-portfolio performance analytics.
  • Execute forensic margin analysis (completion vs. award) providing predictive indicators of margin degradation to deploy preemptive corrective actions prior to final handover.
  • Engineer continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery frameworks optimizing execution efficiencies and standardizing global methodologies over time.
  • Command the Order-to-Cash (O2C) continuum from formal award to final demobilization. Align revenue recognition protocols with contractual milestones to prevent handover bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the apex liaison for EPC contractors and end-users regarding technical scope schedule variances and deliverables preemptively neutralizing disputes to protect operational outcomes.
  • Monitor invoicing triggers and milestone completions ensuring cash conversion cycles run parallel to physical site progress to secure working capital.
  • Collaborate with corporate Treasury and Credit divisions to forecast billing horizons mitigating collection risks proactively rather than reactively.
  • Institute rigorous change management governance across all active phases ensuring deviations in scope cost and schedule are systematically captured quantified and authorized.
  • Command the overarching claims management strategyincluding forensic documentation entitlement identification and negotiationto secure commercial recovery and insulate the firms contractual standing.
  • Govern the master project schedule orchestrating portfolio-level resource sequencing to insulate on-time delivery metrics globally.
  • Drive the master Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence balancing supply capacity and demand to synchronize the global portfolio and eliminate localized resource conflicts.
  • Resolve cross-matrix and trans-regional delivery bottlenecks prioritizing macroscopic portfolio commitments over isolated functional interests.
  • Govern the integration of Field Services into the macro-delivery architecture ensuring site-level deployments are strictly synchronized with overarching project milestones.
  • Interface with Regional GMs to align delivery execution with localized P&L and operational mandates.
  • Partner with Engineering & Industrialization heads to oversee the technical bid-to-execution transfer ensuring baseline scope assumptions remain structurally intact.
  • Architect a high-performance execution culture driving the recruitment retention and succession planning of critical delivery talent globally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a heavily related technical discipline.
  • 15 years of progressive senior-level experience in global project management EPC environments or heavy industrial operations.
  • Active PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing massive global portfolios and assuming total P&L responsibility for complex technical projects.
