Project Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a Project Assistant, with 3+ years’ experience, to join our Maintenance Engineering and Inspection Team in Atlanta, GA.

The Project Assistant will be supporting the GDOT D7 District Maintenance Engineer (DME) and the MEI Team concerning overall monitoring of various project documentation and overall day-to-day activities. This may include the electronic document control system, coordinating of budgets, scheduling and documenting materials for project meetings and production and distribution of reports, while having oversight and ultimate quality control of documentation.

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years' relevant experience in the specialist area of work,
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field of study preferred.
