Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan organize and oversee all production activities to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Develop and implement production schedules ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with design planning and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
• Lead and mentor the production team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstocking.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
• 8 years of experience in production management preferably in precast construction or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment and materials used in construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage largescale production operations.
• Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices is a plus.
