Join our Grid Quality team as a Power System Simulation Model Engineer and help shape the future of sustainable energy. How youll make an impact:

• Develop implement validate and deliver simulation models to our customers in tenders and projects using various power system tools to support grid optimization and renewable integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including our R&D and customers to gather requirements to support the design of effective technical solutions
• Create software in the loop model of real-time control functions
• Perform testing and validation of power system models and associated tools
• Perform RMS simulation studies with customer networks
• Prepare clear and structured technical documentation and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices in power system modeling
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by supporting training and collaborating with colleagues throughout project execution

Your Background:

• . or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least three years of experience in power system analysis
• Knowledge of or experience with simulation tools such as RTDS PSCAD PSSE DIgSILENT PowerFactory MATLAB EMTP or Python
• Interest in or experience with programming (e.g. C C# FROTRAN DSL Python MATLAB ) control theory signal processing and dynamic modelling
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently take initiative and solve complex problems
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage
