Job Responsibilities
- Operations / Project Management
- Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g. ROI analysis).
- Manage project requests (e.g. Rebranding Token swap Mainnet integration Airdrop etc.) from external partners (i.e. Listed tokens).
- Manage operation requests (e.g. Legal Agreement Risk Control System Bot Enhancement etc.).
- Perform project management on implementation for successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management run through different stages of SOP).
- Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests.
- Build up risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events.
- Drive new initiatives and be able to deliver quality results on time.
- Support risk management and operations optimization projects.
- Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary.
