Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager with a strong background in the Telecommunications industry (FIXED NETWORK/MOBILE NETWORK) to lead project governance resource planning and strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Support end-to-end telecom project planning scheduling execution and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and as per client requirements.
- Client Management:
Act as a key point of contact for clients manage expectations handle communications resolve issues and ensure strong client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
- Costing & Budget Control:
Prepare project cost estimates track budgets monitor expenses and support cost optimization while ensuring profitability of telecom projects.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular project progress reports MIS reports dashboards and presentations for management and clients highlighting milestones risks and performance.
- Coordination with Teams:
Coordinate with technical teams site engineers subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of telecom activities such as rollout installation and maintenance.
- Risk & Quality Management:
Identify project risks implement mitigation plans ensure quality standards are met and maintain compliance with telecom industry and client specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing PMOs and large-scale project portfolios.
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with project management tools and PMO governance frameworks.
