Pipe Fabricator

Al Madina Agencies & Services LLC, a prominent player in the Oil and Gas industry based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a skilled Pipe Fabricator to join their team. As a Pipe Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting isometric and P&ID drawings, fabricating metal pipes, and assembling various components essential to the oil and gas sector. This role involves working with materials like carbon steel and stainless steel while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ASME and API, and conducting rigorous pressure tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret isometric and P&ID drawings for pipe fabrication projects

• Cut and bevel metal pipes to precise measurements and specifications

• Assemble and tack-weld components like elbows, flanges, and tees onto pipes

• Work with carbon steel and stainless steel materials in fabrication processes

• Ensure strict adherence to industry codes and regulations such as ASME and API

• Perform pressure tests to verify the integrity and quality of fabricated pipes

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe fabrication within the oil and gas industry

• Proficiency in reading and understanding isometric and P&ID drawings

• Strong knowledge of working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials

• Ability to accurately cut, bevel, and weld metal pipes according to project requirements

• Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as ASME and API

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
