Pediatric Staff Nurse - Operating Room OR European Language Speaker

Our client a leading semigovernment hospital is currently looking for Staff Nurses Operating Room (OR) specialized in Pediatric patients to be based in Dubai. In this role your responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Planning implementing evaluating and communicating all aspects of nursing care
  
• Preoperative patient evaluation and counseling
  
• Facilitating orders for tests and creating surgical listings
  
• Patient education before and after surgery
  
• Coordination of multidisciplinary care including direct patient care patient/family education and transitions of care
  
• Telephone triage of pre and postoperative patient calls
  
• Overall patient management as directed by the supervising consultant
  
• Serving as a liaison with other subspecialty providers local health facilities and primary providers to maintain continuity of care
  
• Providing leadership through activities such as a preceptor role informal leadership roles and quality improvement efforts
  
• Delegating patient care according to skill level experience patient acuity fiscal accountability and adequacy of resources
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Experience in clinical work as a pediatric nurse.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Emotional and mental strength dedication and selfmotivation.
  
• Empathy and the ability to relate to children.
  
• A bachelor s degree in nursing is required.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling PEDIATRICS OR
  
• Willing to work 48 hours per week.
  
• Must be fluent in English and any European language
• Willing to be based in Dubai UAE
