Part-Time Health & Nutrition Program Lead
Dubai Part-Time On-site / Hybrid
About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Health & Nutrition Program Lead to support clients enrolled in our long-term wellness and lifestyle programs. This role focuses on nutrition guidance lifestyle optimisation and ongoing client accountability using health data wearables and structured programs.
The ideal candidate is practical evidence-informed and comfortable translating health information into clear actionable lifestyle guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Review health data and reports provided by third-party testing partners
Translate results into nutrition and lifestyle guidance aligned with client goals
Lead and manage clients enrolled in ongoing wellness programs
Design personalised nutrition lifestyle and habit-based plans
Provide follow-up consultations to support adherence and progress
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive client experience
Maintain clear client notes and program documentation
Requirements
Degree in Nutrition Dietetics Health Sciences or a related field
Strong experience in nutrition coaching lifestyle guidance or wellness programs
Confident working with health metrics wearable data and progress tracking
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Evidence-informed approach with a focus on sustainable habits
Nice to Have
Experience in preventive health wellness or longevity settings
Interest in behaviour change lifestyle optimisation and performance health
Comfort using apps dashboards or digital tracking tools
