BG Global is hiring for the starch manufacturing industry and is seeking a Packer (Refinery) to ensure accurate safe and efficient packing of finished starch products while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor packing machines to ensure smooth packaging operations.

- Pack finished products according to production specifications and quality standards.

- Verify product weight labeling sealing and packaging integrity before dispatch.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area in line with food safety requirements.

- Identify and report packaging defects equipment issues or product non-conformities.

- Record packing quantities and production data accurately.

- Follow all HSE GMP and company safety procedures during operations.

Requirements

- High School ITI or Diploma qualification.

- 13 years of experience in the starch manufacturing industry.

- Experience operating packing or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.

- Basic understanding of food safety hygiene and quality standards.

- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain production records.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
