Outlet Manager - 5Hotel n Dubai

• Assign and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
  
• Assist in operations and maintain visibility during meal periods.
  
• Establish and adhere to par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies.
  
• Achieve forecasted food and beverage revenue figures.
  
• Control operating expenses and ensure costeffectiveness.
  
• Manage the restaurant efficiently upholding our concept statements.
  
• Conduct and assist in monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
  
• Organize and carry out inventory checks at various intervals.
  
• Oversee the requisitioning storage and use of operating equipment and supplies.
  
• Conduct daily preshift briefings and attend Food and Beverage and Operations Meetings.
  
• Address guest complaints requests and inquiries effectively.
  
• Identify market needs and trends in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage.
  

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in the hotel industry preferably.
  
• Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is advantageous.
  
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
