Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead implementations and provide production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise leadership capabilities and experience in client-facing delivery and presales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and production support activities.
• Gather business requirements analyze processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure and support HCM Absence Management Payroll Talent Management and Recruiting Cloud modules.
• Develop modify and support Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Prepare configuration documents test scripts and user training materials.
• Manage data migration using HDL including deployment and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot critical configuration issues and provide functional solutions.
• Work with technical teams to manage integrations and interface requirements.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to ERP practice building and presales management activities.
• Collaborate with clients and teams across different time zones.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Absence Management Payroll Talent Management and Recruiting Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules.
• Experience implementing and modifying Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM architecture.
• Knowledge of integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios.
• Experience with configuration documentation test scripts and user training materials.
• Hands-on experience with HDL data migration deployment and cutover.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience leading project teams and managing presales activities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.

Good to Have

• Oracle Implementation Certification.
• Additional experience with Oracle EBS HRMS Absence Management and Payroll.

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Has no hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
• Lacks implementation and production support experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Requires continuous supervision to manage functional delivery.
