Operations Specialist

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced and detail-oriented industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools/ software.
• Knowledge of collectibles and the grading/ authentication process is a plus.
