Operations Retail Store Manager Nutrition

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
Lead supervise and develop store teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
Monitor sales inventory stock replenishment and product availability.
Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
Manage store KPIs budgets and operational costs.
Coordinate with warehouse sales and supply chain teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies health & safety and merchandising standards.
Analyze store performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant retail/FMCG experience.
FMCG Nutrition background is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Store Manager in the UAE.
Strong experience in retail operations team management inventory and sales.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
UAE retail market experience is essential.
