The Operations Manager (Field & Deployment) is strictly responsible for the flawless **execution mobilization and daily management** of our outsourced blue-collar workforce across various client sites in the UAE. The core metric of success for this role is maximizing billable hours by eliminating absenteeism ensuring 100% on-time deployment and maintaining strong client relations at the ground level.
*Note: Centralized HR worker welfare/camps payroll and recruitment are handled by separate dedicated departments. This is a pure execution and field operations role.*

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1. Daily Deployment & Attendance Management**
* **On-Time Mobilization:** Ensure 100% of the assigned workforce is mobilized from accommodations and arrives at client sites on or before the scheduled shift times.
* **Absenteeism Control:** Monitor daily attendance logs in real-time. Proactively identify no-shows manage on-bench replacements immediately and minimize any drop in billable headcount.
* **Transport Coordination:** Liaise directly with transport coordinators and bus drivers to ensure optimal routing timely departures and zero transport-related delays.
#### **2. Site Supervision & Productivity**
* **Field Monitoring:** Conduct regular unannounced site visits to ensure workers are physically present properly equipped with required PPE active and adhering to client site rules.
* **Supervisor Management:** Lead and hold accountable a team of on-site Field Supervisors/Foremen to maintain discipline and track productivity.
* **Time-Sheet Management:** Oversee the daily collection verification and client sign-off of accurate site timesheets to ensure smooth invoicing without disputes.
#### **3. Client Relationship Management (Ground Level)**
* **First Point of Contact:** Act as the immediate operational contact for client project managers site engineers and procurement officers regarding daily deployment.
* **Issue Resolution:** Resolve on-site client complaints regarding worker performance behavior or numbers within a maximum 2-hour turnaround time.

1. **Deployment Success Rate:** Maintaining a greater than 98% fulfillment rate against client daily manpower requests.

3. **Zero Transportation Delays:** Eliminating client complaints regarding late arrivals due to transport issues.
4. **Timesheet Accuracy:** 100% on-time submission of verified client-signed weekly/monthly timesheets.

### **Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 5 years of **hardcore field operations experience** within a Blue-Collar Manpower Supply or Facilities Management company in the UAE.
* **Industry Background:** Proven track record managing deployments for construction manufacturing logistics or MEP sectors.
* **Skills:** Excellent crisis-management scheduling and logistical coordination skills. Must be a tough disciplinarian who understands workforce psychology.
* **Language:** Fluent English is mandatory. Fluency in **Hindi/Urdu** is highly preferred to effectively manage the workforce and field team.
* **License:** **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory** (with a clean driving record) as this role requires significant travel between sites.
* **Traits:** High energy stamina for early morning shifts and a hands-on get it done attitude.
