Operations Manager

Afrina Beauty & Hena Center, a prominent player in the Food and Beverage Services industry, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily functions at our Sweets Shops in Dubai. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of product quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction across our flagship and multi-location dessert outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily workflows across flagship and multi-location dessert and pastry outlets, including high-traffic areas like Dubai Mall

Ensure high standards for product display, daily taste, presentation, and food safety, including HACCP compliance

Supervise, train, and schedule retail, kitchen, and counter teams to achieve customer service and sales targets

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory rotation, and coordinate with central kitchens or external vendors for efficient supply chain management

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize store performance

Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and encouraging professional development

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements & Skills:

Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively

Proficiency in inventory tracking and supply chain management

Exceptional team motivation and leadership abilities

Familiarity with local retail KPIs and performance metrics

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

3–5 years of management experience in retail, food & beverage, bakery, or confectionery operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing high-volume retail operations

Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences

Previous experience in dessert or pastry-focused establishments

Familiarity with advanced inventory management software
