Key Responsibilities:
Clean the office daily including desks pantry meeting rooms and restrooms.
Serve tea coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in handling office errands such as filing photocopying document delivery and pickups.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and cleanliness.
Support staff with administrative work as requested.
Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Physically fit and presentable.
Reliable punctual and trustworthy.
Must be available in the UAE for immediate joining.
