Job Responsibilities
- Operate maintain and monitor primarily all VSAT and Global Networkinfrastructure system within the confines of the NOC.
- Provide professional technical support troubleshooting and maintenance of all remotesites.
- Provide continuity of pending tasks to the next shift. Shall not leave his workplace until a clearandconciseunderstanding of handover has taken place.
- Adhere to all instructions originating from the reporting manager and smoothlytranslate these instructions without prejudice and contradiction to the overall NOC upkeep
- Inform and update all matters and problems relating to 3rd party Telco providersSatellite Operators etc.
- Keep maintain control and monitor all hardwares/softwares tools test instruments work materials and equipment utilized in every technical operation be answerable to all missing mishandled and misused assets of the NOC operation.
Must Have
- Bachelor or Higher Degree in Electronics and Communications
- 2 yrs experience in Satellite Industry
- Excellent Communications
