Sinless Hospitality Consulting is currently recruiting an experienced Mixologist for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.

Mixologist / Bartender

• Previous hospitality and bartending experience is mandatory preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel luxury bar cocktail lounge or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails spirits liqueurs and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent understanding of beverage service standards and luxury hospitality.
• Creative approach to cocktail preparation presentation and menu development.
• Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Flexible to work shifts weekends evenings and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

We are looking for a polished knowledgeable and passionate Mixologist who can deliver exceptional beverage experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails spirits wine and other beverages.
• Deliver professional and personalized service to hotel guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the bars beverage menu and ingredients.
• Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness organization and presentation.
• Assist with cocktail creation menu development and beverage promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
• Follow all hotel food safety hygiene and responsible service standards.
• Contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated bar atmosphere.
