MEP Supervisor

Dubai Enterprises Properties L.L.C is a leading organization in the Repair and Maintenance industry based in Dubai, UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team. As an MEP Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects to ensure efficient operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on-site.

- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements.

- Prepare project progress reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements & Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in MEP project supervision.

- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Project Management.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software.
