Mep Sales Supervisor

. Expert in AC,MEP, Air conditioning, Ducting, Painting, Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical, and mechanical work.
. Minimum 5 years' experience with relevant history of installation, maintenance and repair in building maintenance industry.
. Responsible for assisting on the strategic direction and ownership of the tactical execution of day to day oversite of all maintenance service providers activities and services in support of all company facilities operations, repairs and maintenance activities.
. Experience with quotations, BOQ and supplier dealing.
. Experience in door to door sales and targets achievements.
.To build contacts and create new business opportunities and bring new clients database.
. Develops, negotiates, monitors, and evaluates the master service agreements
