Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of factory equipment and machinery. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues optimizing production processes and ensuring equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation maintenance and repair of factory equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and prevent downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and provide quick solutions to minimize production disruptions.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
