Mechanical Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Engineer in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment used in oil & gas operations.
  
• Review mechanical drawings specifications equipment data sheets and technical documentation.
  
• Support installation commissioning maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
  
• Diagnose mechanical equipment faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with operations maintenance engineering and HSE teams during field activities.
  
• Ensure mechanical work complies with applicable engineering standards and site safety requirements.
  
• Monitor equipment condition and contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  
• Prepare technical reports maintenance records inspection findings and engineering documentation.
  

Required Skills

• Mechanical Engineering: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals relevant to industrial equipment.
  
• Oil & Gas Equipment: Knowledge of pumps compressors piping systems valves and associated equipment.
  
• Maintenance Engineering: Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify mechanical faults and determine appropriate corrective action.
  
• Engineering Drawings & Safety: Ability to interpret drawings and work within industrial HSE requirements.
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to oil & gas plant or field operations.
  
• Knowledge of rotating and static equipment.
  
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability practices.
