ملخص الوظيفة

Black and Grey HR is hiring a Material Lab Consultant Marble Division for a leading building materials company. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on understanding project requirements recommending the right natural stone solutions and converting showroom enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with showroom visitors and understand their residential or commercial project requirements.

- Advise clients on marble and natural stone options including varieties finishes applications and suitability.

- Handle enquiries prepare quotations follow up with prospects and drive sales conversions.

- Develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about pricing availability and market trends.

- Coordinate with production and operations teams on customized orders fabrication cutting and delivery schedules.

- Ensure marble samples displays and showroom presentation are maintained to a high standard.

- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- Experience in marble natural stone interior materials or showroom sales.

- Strong communication negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

- Knowledge of marble varieties finishes and applications is preferred.

- Commercially driven with a proactive and service-oriented approach.

- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable material solutions.

Required Skills:

- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the insultion/construction industry. - Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
