To lead the implementation management and optimisation of marketing technologies and platforms by driving data-driven marketing strategies ensuring seamless integration of marketing tools and optimising the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Lead the selection implementation and optimisation of marketing technologies (CRM automation analytics tools)
- Execute the Martech strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure tools are effectively integrated into the marketing ecosystem
- Manage the lifecycle of marketing technologies from selection to optimisation
- Manage the collection and analysis of data across marketing channels
- Implement processes for ensuring high-quality actionable marketing data
- Develop reporting frameworks for campaign performance across platforms
- Use advanced analytics to provide insights for campaign optimisation
- Develop and manage the marketing technology budget
- Ensure cost-efficient utilisation of marketing platforms and tools
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards (e.g. POPIA GDPR CCPA)
- Implement data governance frameworks to maintain data quality and integrity
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing technology specialists
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing IT and data teams
- Analyse marketing campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve results
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining marketing processes
Post Bachelors qualification with demonstration of continuous learning
8 years Martech experience including 3 - 4 years management experience
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of branding and brand management
- Digital marketing principles and best practice
- Campaign Analytics & Attribution
- Marketing Automation Tools
- Project management principles and related risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to grasp business strategy anticipate trends and propose transformational solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders
