What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will enhance the brands potential by defining and implementing the strategic brand plan to serve patients:

• Maximize the brand potential at the national level

• Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical Market Access Regulatory Sales Supply Chain and other related functions and partners to increase the brand performance

• Develop the annual brand plan design and implement all related marketing activities including budget control

• Understand business dynamics identify business opportunities and build strategies accordingly to improve brands potential at a national level

• Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement them locally where applicable

• Work with the sales team and plan field visits to acquire feedback and market insights

• Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy

• Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded optimally

• Develop short-and long-term financial forecasts working closely with business partners

• Propose national sales target and achieve agreement with the Business Unit Head and Sales/District Managers

• Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans

• Collaborate with other PMs in the Franchise Team on joint projects

• Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects

• Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration across the team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in science/pharmacy

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry

• Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance

• Excellent project/process management/ analytical skills

• Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial mindset

• Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams

• Must be able to travel regularly

• Proficiency in English is needed both oral and written communications

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Gulf in a pharmaceutical company

• Products launch experience

• Relative experience in therapy areas such as Oncology and Hematology

• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience is a must
