- Drive inclusion of high medical value parameters and new technologies in the local guidelines and grant their reimbursement from relevant payers;
- Build, cultivate and maintain effective relationships with institutional entities, foundations, insurances, and associations;
- Formulate market access strategies and execute the defined activities (including related functional strategies, such as: health economics, strategic pricing, KOL engagement and market access publication) supporting strategic projects/products throughout their entire lifecycle;
- Mapping of key stakeholders, influencers and provide intelligence on market trends;
- Build trustful relationship with key stakeholders (e.g.: payers, regulatory authorities, medical associations, KOLs, etc.) through frequent visits, advisory board, and joint activities;
- Develop comprehensive payer insights by organizing expert panels, payer and KOL advisory boards;
- Partner with regulators, payers, and/or healthcare providers to shape the UAE Healthcare with strategic initiatives, pilot projects. awareness campaigns, surveys, etc.;
- Manage efficient and timely development of market access deliverables (including, but not limited to, value dossiers, health economic models, publications) in collaboration with sub-regional and global Market Access and Medical Affairs supporting functions;
- Develop and maintain robust understanding of relevant pricing and reimbursement criteria used by payers in UAE for assessment of selected Roche Diagnostics’ products;
- Execute health economics and outcome research (HE&OR) strategies that demonstrate overall product value for high value products;
- Act as consultant for the sales team in case of discussions related to reimbursements of Roche Products and interpretation of guidelines and circulars from authorities;
- Align market access activities with marketing department and clinician promotion;
- Provide regular updates to the organization about the progression of Market Access projects and activities.
