Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Overall work experience of at least 10-15 years.
- Minimum experience of at least 7-8 years experience in related fields including Lean, agile practices, change management, process improvement, six sigma projects, customer focus initiatives etc.
- Proven track record of successful managing major projects or elements of major change programs and recognized as a senior project management practitioner.
- Proven application of Lean and agile techniques and knowledge of project methodologies.
- Stakeholder management, Relationship Management, People Management, Change Management.
- Risk & Issue Management.
- Budget Management, Time & Resource Planning and Reporting.
- Experience in external party Management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook •
- Exhibits willingness and capability to change today's situation
- Highly ambitious regarding his/her own career path.
- Able to clearly define an original as well ideal vision for current departments and future end states.
- Aware and conscious of the barriers to the implementation of his/her vision.
- Focused on business impact and actionable recommendations.
- Appreciates human challenges in improvement projects and knows how to resolve them.
- Experienced good coach and acts as role model for change agents.
