Maintenance Technician

We are searching for a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician with general maintenance knowledge who will be responsible for the upkeep of the apartments and villas.

Responsibilities:
- Inspects equipment and systems to identify any issues in the units.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Planning and scheduling repairs.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing carpentry and electrical systems.
- Duties include maintaining inventory and scheduling repairs.
- Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Attested School Certificates are preferred.
- A skilled HVAC experience building maintenance technology or a relevant field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
