ملخص الوظيفة

BG Global is hiring for a starch manufacturing company seeking an experienced Machine Operator (Milling) to operate and monitor milling equipment ensuring safe efficient and high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

- Operate monitor and regulate milling equipment as per standard operating procedures.

- Perform pre-start inspections and monitor process parameters during production.

- Carry out routine preventive maintenance including lubrication cleaning and minor repairs.

- Conduct quality checks collect samples and ensure products meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot process deviations clear equipment jams safely and escalate major issues.

- Maintain production maintenance and consumption records accurately.

- Comply with all HSE regulations PPE requirements and safe work practices.

Requirements

- ITI Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Production or a related discipline.

- 25 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the starch manufacturing industry (preferred).

- Hands-on experience with milling equipment and continuous process operations.

- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance quality control and industrial safety.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
