Logistics Coordinator

Our client MasTec operates in the infrastructure engineering and construction sector and is seeking skilled motivated professionals. • Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities to support timely movement of materials equipment and supplies.
  
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate logistics status records.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers transport providers warehouses and internal project teams.
  
• Prepare and verify delivery notes shipping documents purchase-related records and logistics documentation.
  
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records using spreadsheets or logistics systems.
  
• Support site and project teams with material availability and delivery coordination.
  
• Ensure logistics activities comply with organizational procedures and applicable documentation requirements.
  

• Logistics Coordination: Ability to organize material movements deliveries and shipment schedules.
  
• Shipment Tracking: Ability to monitor deliveries and maintain accurate shipment status updates.
  
• Documentation: Strong working knowledge of logistics delivery and inventory documentation.
  
• Vendor Coordination: Ability to follow up effectively with suppliers transporters and service providers.
  
• MS Excel / Reporting: Ability to maintain trackers schedules inventory records and logistics reports.
  

• Exposure to construction infrastructure engineering or project-based logistics.
  
• Familiarity with ERP warehouse procurement or supply-chain systems.
  
• Knowledge of import/export or UAE logistics procedures.
